1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our policies.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not acceptance.
  • We reserve the absolute right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion without assigning any reason.
  • The contract is deemed complete only upon dispatch of the order.

4. Strict No Cancellation / No Modification Policy

Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
  • It cannot be modified, edited, or changed
  • The fragrances selected at checkout are final and cannot be swapped

Any request for cancellation, modification, or change will not be entertained.

5. No Refund Policy (Absolute Clause)

  • All sales are final and binding
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Fragrance preference
    • Delay in delivery
    • Incorrect selection by customer

Goods once sold are strictly non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy (Damage Claims Only)

  • Replacement is only applicable in case of physical damage during transit
  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must:
    • Show the sealed package being opened
    • Clearly display the damage
  • Claims without valid video proof will be rejected without exception
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Final decision rests solely with the company

7. Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours
  • Delivery timelines (3–5 days) are estimates only, not guarantees

Once the order is handed over to the courier:

  • Risk and title pass to the customer
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier partners

Delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

8. Product Disclaimer

  • Fragrance experience is subjective and varies from person to person
  • We do not guarantee satisfaction or preference
  • Minor variations in packaging, color, or presentation do not constitute defects

9. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Protection Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

We are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Misuse of product
  • Delays or third-party service failures

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless For Someone from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of any law

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of For Someone.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Technical failures

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any customer
  • Cancel orders
  • Block accounts

At our sole discretion without prior notice.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the Nashik Jurisdiction.

15. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
